About Caitlyn Tamayo, LAT, ATC
Caitlyn Tamayo is a licensed and certified Athletic Trainer dedicated to helping patients recover from injury, move with confidence, and stay active in the activities they love. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Concordia University and her Master’s degree in Athletic Training from Montclair State University. As an Athletic Trainer, she provides a personalized, hands-on approach to care, blending targeted exercise, manual techniques, and patient education to support lasting recovery. With a lifelong background in dance and previous experience as an NFL cheerleader for the Philadelphia Eagles, Caitlyn brings a refined understanding of movement, flexibility, performance, and injury prevention to every patient she works with.

Caitlyn’s training philosophy is grounded in the discipline and artistry of dance, where every movement requires control, balance, and strength. She carries these principles into her practice as an Athletic Trainer, applying them to patients of all backgrounds. Her focus is on restoring and refining movement quality, improving body awareness, and building a strong, resilient foundation that supports both recovery and long-term performance.
